I have been at Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center as a resident for nearly six years. The atmosphere is clean and wholesome. I put a lot of value on my privacy, and that is very much respected here. I know I can be a pistol at times, but the staff is loving, caring, and attentive to my many needs.

Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center is my home. I am very appreciative of how kind everyone here is to me. I had choices when my family and I decided that we needed help with my care. I’ve not regretted my decision to choose Washington Square.

Thank you all so much for the years of care and patience that the entire staff at Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center showed toward our mother. From nursing to activities to the housekeepers, all perform their jobs with love.

It is my privilege to discuss Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center.  My wife of 56 years has been a resident here for approximately three months.

She had a light stroke and needed therapy. Betty also had several wounds that they are doing treatments on as well. She is now walking with a walker and her wounds are healing each day.

Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center is a great place for her to stay and recover. She has a private room that is clean and bright. The nurses and the nurse aide take excellent care of Betty’s needs.

All of the staff at Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center greets me with a smile everyday, if I have a concern they allow me to voice my concern and handle it appropriately.

The office staff and administration are good to me, they welcome me everyday. I am pleased with the care my wife has received. Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center has made Betty and I feel welcome and at home.

Thank you to all

Recently both of my parents had surgery and I needed a place for both of them to go.   My father was released from the hospital first and went to another facility in the area.  When my mother was released the same facility would not accept her.

Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center said they would take her in, so I placed her there for rehabilitation and care. Since then I have placed my father there also. The staff at Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center have done a great job with both of them; and I can see both of them in the same facility at the same time.

Everyone at Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center is very friendly. They always ask if there is anything they can do to help. I think Mom and Dad will do very well at Washington Square.

Thank you to all the staff

I am the daughter of a resident at Washington Square Health and Rehabilitation Center. I am very pleased with the care that she has been given. My mom can be very stubborn at times but the staff is always understanding, and patient. The therapy dept is outstanding and I think they go the extra mile with coming back after being refused by the patient to see if they have changed their mind.

This is my mothers third time coming back for therapy after an illness in the hospital.

The administration thinks of everything to make it a home away from home, they pop popcorn, even have a cook out for the 4th of July. Thanksgiving dinner with the family and the residents. B-day parties are allowed and encouraged.

The nurses are very informing about what is going on with your loved ones and I would bring my Mother back if she needed extra care.
