Encore Healthcare uses a customer service program called the Guardian Angel Program to ensure that our patients are cared for in a clean, compassionate, comfortable environment. The Guardian Angel Program connects a special staff member, other than day-to-day care givers, with each patient to provide extra attention and support. Each Guardian Angel visits their patients daily and is available to provide assistance with all aspects of the stay, from answering questions about care and services to providing the time for friendly conversation. A note placed in each patient's room identifies their Guardian Angel. Please share any concerns or questions regarding your stay with your Guardian Angel. 


    Every Encore Skilled Nursing Facility offers skilled rehabilitation in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Our in-house staff of licensed therapists work in tandem with Physicians, Nursing Staff, Dieticians, Social Workers, and other departments to restore each patient to the highest level of functioning possible. After completion of our inpatient rehabilitation program, a large portion of our patients return home or to a lesser level of care. The majority of our facilities also provide outpatient therapy services, allowing patients to continue their treatment with us after discharge from our inpatient program.
