Services
Parkmoor Village Healthcare Center is a 147 bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility. We are located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our services benefit patients and residents whose activities of daily living cannot be adequately provided for in a home setting.

Our staff seeks to provide the highest possible quality of care in an environment which celebrates the individual dignity and value of all who live here. Our admissions team takes pride in working closely with our patients and their families to make the transition to our health care center as easy as possible.

Whether for a short-term transitional stay, rehabilitative care prior to returning home, or long-term care placement, we put our patients’ needs first. Treatment and therapy goals are directed by a written plan of care structured specifically for the needs of each individual.

Patients are welcome to personalize their rooms so they will feel more at home during their stay. Family involvement is encouraged. We accept referrals and admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Admissions may be recommended by a physician, social worker, case manager, or patient’s family.

Pre-admission procedures include a clinical assessment and an insurance/financial review. Upon completion , patients meeting admission criteria will be admitted to the most appropriate level of care.

Parkmoor Village Healthcare Center staff members are happy to assist families and hospitals in pursuing all available funding options, including Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, HMO, and Private Pay.
