"I recently was a patient in Horizon Healthcare Subacute section due to a total left hip replacement. My experience was very rewarding and pleasant. Food was tasty with excellent presentation. The care and attention I received from the entire staff was more than I ever expected – full of love and devotion – all from their hearts. I left there fully prepared for the tasks ahead of me at home. Special thanks to the Rehab Dept.

I will be receiving another hip replacement in the near future and am looking forward to returning to the Horizon facility for my rehabilitation."

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my parents. It was so difficult to be so far away from them. You made it easier and we knew that they had great attention and care. My mother learned to drive at Horizon. She never had her drivers license but obtained it there – she loved her scooter.

Your staff, everyone, especially Shannon, were so wonderful to us. It is a blessing to know that people really do care in our busy world. And Kathy so went to all ends to help us with whatever questions we had.
