Company History
Encore was formed by its three partners in July 2004 to manage a small portfolio of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.  Since then, the company has grown to over 60 employees managing 26 skilled nursing facilities, five long term acute care hospitals and three assited living units.  During this time, Encore has significantly improved both the  day to day operations of the facilities and the quality of care delivered to our patients.

As Encore continues to grow. we will continuously innovate our processes but more importantly, we will deliver compassionate care to our residents so that they have a truly memorable experience.
