Dear Administrator,

It is with a grateful heart that I wish to express my family’s thanks and gratitude to you and all of the wonderful staff members at Atlantic Healthcare Center. During her two rather lengthy stays in rehabilitation my mother, Virginia J., received first-rate nursing care and outstanding physical therapy. I credit Atlantic Healthcare with her remarkable level of recovery and regained independence. I have been caring for her at home where she continues to make progress. And while I have been a bit remiss in my correspondence, I am grateful everyday for the care she received by everyone at Atlantic Healthcare Center.

You can be assured that should I ever know anyone in need of excellent care I feel pleased and confident to recommend the Atlantic Healthcare Center. Your leadership is evident in every aspect of the administrator of the facility and the compassionate staff. Please pass along my appreciation to your entire outstanding team.

Dear Administrator and all it may concern, from the family of James E. S.,

I would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of the staff at Atlantic Healthcare for their wonderful help with my father over the last month.

Considering his age and overall health, my father made the conscious decision not to continue his life, and I appreciate all of the love and caring given to him and his desire. While keeping him clean, making him comfortable and spending time talking with him, you all helped to make his last weeks very pleasant.

My only regret is that by the time I am in need of the services of a facility such as yours, everyone will be retired. Hopefully, the next group will be as inspiring as you have been to me, my family and my friends.

Dear Atlantic Healthcare Center Administrator:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent care my mother, Johanna N., has received since being a patient at your facility. Nurses and aides often drop in to chat and ask how she is feeling. They encourage her to eat and get up and about. The room is immaculate and her hair is combed and put up every morning. When she is in the dining room and refuses to eat her lunch, the staff usually even gets her some scrambled eggs and bacon which she really likes. At 91, she still has a feeling of security and home because of the care offered at your nursing home.

The medical staff is alert to every change and nuance in my mother’s condition. Even though she is not enthusiastic about taking medicine, they have usually managed to diplomatically convince her to do so. When she is in pain that supersedes the strength of the current medication, it only takes notification and they initiate procedures to increase it to a suitable level.

Due to the evacuation because of hurricane Jean, she was moved to another nursing home. It was so good to return to a beautifully decorated, secure and professionally run facility. Thank you so much for all the care you and you staff  have provided over the years. It is such a comfort to know that your loved ones are welled cared for.
