Dear Administrator,
Sorry it took me so long to send this, but just wanted to thank you for all your kindness to Frank. We can’t thank your staff enough, they were always wonderful and kind to Frank, but his last two days they were “great” to him and my family
The nurses, Donna, Teresa, John, Bobbie and Betty, the CNA’s especially Carol, Cynthia, Dave (his buddy), Vanesse and the rest. I really don’t know their names, but they know who I’m talking about. I would just like to let you know of the kindness of Glenn Martin in Social Services; Karen in Rehab; the Business Office Manager, Denise; Gil, Becky, and Walt from Maintenance; and the young girl from recreation who came to see him a few times on Saturday. She had long black hair. I can’t remember her name. Also, Estelle, at the front desk was always very kind to me.
I’ll miss seeing his friends: Sally, Josie, Lois, Jason and Willie and the rest. The last year was very hard on Frank, but you and your staff were very patient with him. I’ll always remember you all.
Sincerely,
Betty S. and Family _____________________________________________________________________________
Dear Mr. Tanay:
I would like to commend members of your staff that go one step beyond in working with me in regards to my cousin. They have shown interest in Jack and taken the time to get to know about him, his likes, dislikes, and life before Andorra Woods, etc. I believe their interest makes a difference in the care he receives.
I feel that I can discuss any of my issues with them. If there is an issue with him, I have informed them to feel free to call at any time. They have done so with positive outcomes. If I have an issue about the level of care Jack is receiving, I feel I can discuss my concerns and have them addressed.
I am speaking of: Kasie Ward, Laura Pinkney, Michelle Murphy-Stringer, Shikema McCray, and Latoya Abrams. These individuals should be recognized for their efforts. The caliber of care and concern they provide encourages visitors to send family members and loved ones to your nursing home.
Thank you,
Isolene N.
